Older browsers may be able to load the site but may have problems with the layout and content such that it may not look or behave as it was intended. This information is relevant to Internet Explorer 6.

Access Keys
Access keys have been implemented on this site. These keys enable the user to navigate the site without having to use the mouse or similar device. However, the mouse may still be required to access other features of the site.

The access keys for this site are:

To use these access keys, PC users should press the "Alt" key together with the relevant number from above and then press "Enter" (for example "Alt 4 Enter", to navigate to the Commercial Properties). Mac users should press the "Ctrl" key instead of the "Alt" key. Please note that some browsers may not need the "Enter" key to be pressed and older browsers may not even support the access key function at all

Text Size
The text size can be changed through the browser options.
From the Internet Explorer toolbar, go to View > Text Size and select a larger or smaller text size.
From the Netscape toolbar, go to View Text Size and select a larger or smaller percentage.

Colour and Graphics
Internet Explorer allows the user to control the colour and graphics that are displayed on websites.
The background colour and border can be turned off  from the Internet Explorer toolbar via Tools > Internet Options > General tab (if not already selected) > Accessibility... and then ticking the first check box and selecting OK.
The graphics can be turned off from the Internet Explorer toolbar via Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab (if not already selected) and then un-ticking the check box alongside Multimedia (Show pictures).

Tab Order
Internet Explorer allows the user to move from link to link via the "Tab" key. The "Enter" key then selects the link. On the pages that list properties, the 'Image/Details' links can be selected in turn via the "Tab" key. The "Enter" key will then display the property image.
